WHAT IS IT?

Tendinitis (or tendonitis) is inflammation or irritation of a tendon, which is an important part of the muscle that attaches to the bones of the body. Tendonitis can be acute , or chronic , and will sometimes develop after an injury.  It is most often caused by repetitive actions performed during the day, which is a form of overuse.

There are many activities that can cause tendinitis, including: Gardening , Raking , Painting , Tennis , Golf & other Sports
