INSURANCE ACCEPTED FOR MOST ORTHOPEDIC VISITS , INJECTIONS & CONSULTS :
We accept most insurance plans for consults , x-rays, braces, and for orthopedic procedures such as injections. This includes Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Most Commercial plans such as BCBS , Aetna, Humana, Cigna etc. We do NOT accept every single small plan though. If you have questions about whether we accept your specific plan, please call us.
Tricare patients can be seen for PRP injections, and we will work to get prior approval for PRP. Even though we are not contracted with Tricare, we can usually file to get PRP covered for certain plans.

OFF LABEL LUBRICANT COST (Joints other than KNEE : $650.00 per injection.
LASER THERAPY COST : $650.00 for 5 treatments
